The food is quite good. Spicy and flavorful. I've been a couple of times when I'm in this little part of Arcata. The atmosphere is festive. They have a small banquet room for events. The staff is responsive. It's a bit pricey, but they deliver good value. The refried beans are especially excellent. Service: Dine in
