Beef 'o ' Brady 's - Arcadia

We had THE BEST customer service tonight at Beef O Brady's in Arcadia. They were short staffed and the bartender was our waitress. We felt like we were at a comedy club. Every time she came to our table, she connected with us with amazing comedic talent. She might have missed her calling as a comedian. She also was incredibly attentive to the details presented to her with our orders. Many people might have been burdened with it but she used it as comedic material to engage with us in the best way. Thank you for making our dining experience 5 star. It was a special occasion as we had driven an hour to meet with family and friends. Having her as our waitress made it that much better. To that we say thank you!

Worst meal I have had in a very very long time. If I could have given a negative answer I would have. Thank you for acknowledging my review. The manager on duty took my meal off our bill. Which was appreciated, but the fact was the meal was cold, the meat had been cooked and recooked. . I specifically asked for my brocolli to be cooked very well, it came out hard and cold. It was a terrible experience. Ty again for your response.

So we were in the area visiting family and at the Arcadia auction so we went here after with family members to eat in the atmosphere was comfortable prices were good the food was good the kids loved it and yes I would go back again Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
