Horrible customer service and dried up crusty pizza. Never going back

I can always quickly pop in and get what I need. The staff is consistently friendly and pleasant.

The gas pumps are either broken or turned off every time I visit after work. It would be great if they could either turn the lights off or keep the pumps on during the night.

Catlyn was extremely polite and informed me about the rewards program, providing me with a card. Overall, she was very pleasant, and I would highly recommend visiting Arcade Crosby’s.

I've been a customer for over five years, and I love going there every day to see the hardworking people I know. The arcade, Crosbys, has more dedicated employees than any other place in the area! The food is fantastic, the store is clean, and the employees are impressively punctual. They make a great team! I want to give a shout-out to Haley, Kajun, Neil, Joselyn, and Trevor – you are all exceptional! However, I do think that another employee shouldn’t be a team leader, as she is rude and seems unsure about how to handle prepaid cards. This reflects poor training, which is disappointing.
