Dunkin' - Arbutus

This is my favorite dunkin in the area. im a regular at this dunkin and always make mobile drive through orders. They always perfect my order and use the right modifications, from a sandwich to a coffee. The staff is always so kind and my food is always ready on time. Any time i go to another dunkin in the catonsville area, they don't follow the modifications, which sucks because im lactose intolerant, or they burn the food. This place always handles my order with care and i've never been disappointed in an order since they opened. Thank you so much for always starting my mornings out right :

The food was good overall but it gave me a very upset stomach. There were flies everywhere even on the donuts. People were trying to tell the staff that there were flies on the donuts, but they were pretending like they didn’t understand what they were saying. And they were foreign, so they didn’t really understand what I was saying, and I couldn’t understand them.

Service was on point. Waited no longer than 4 minutes. Server was respectful and courteous. Will be back since I live in the area.

Fast, friendly, accurate. Clean store. They completed a huge, complicated order so quick! Everything you want in a Dunkin.
