Qdoba Mexican Eats - Arapahoe County

I come into this location once a week and get nachos to go. It’s always great and the male general manager is always a gem and so polite. Apparently he was on vacation today and I do not appreciate the way I was treated. I ALWAYS expect to pay if I ask for extra items. The lady preparing my food gave my a dirty look when I asked for extra queso, even though I said I would pay extra for it.Then when I got to payment, the bag of chips I got was very light compared to usual, I simply asked if I could have a few more and the lady ringing me up said, you only get 1 scoop. When I informed her the manager always provides a heaping scoop she rebutted with a “he’s not supposed to” like really, you’re saying the “manager” isn’t suppose to treat his customers with appreciation. I will happily change my review if the manager personally responds to this, and in the future if he is not working I will leave. Grow up and act mature, if somebody asks for extra just politely say there’s an additional fee and most people won’t budge. You don’t need to make them feel bad for wanting their food a certain way.

I like this location and the workers there are nice. My issue is that the tomatoes and corn can look dry and old sometimes which make it very unappealing to eat. I’m guessing they prep them too far in advance so the tomatoes start to break down too fast when out to serve.
