This restaurant is supervised by students in the culinary program Cabrillo College. Open only during the week, but this setting is phenomenal. Nice turnkey food and they have a wine card. Beautiful Midweek Date Night.

I wanted a quick getaway for dinner. My order was finished in time, was still hot when I got it home, and for the price was by far the best burger in Aptos.

The food is always good and for reasonable prices. The chef and students care about service and the food lending a level of sincerity not found elsewhere.
