Firenze - APRICA

Though you wouldn't (nor shouldn't) normally visit a Tuscan restaurant outside Tuscany, this one has been a heart-warming surprise. Mainly thanks to its boiled cuts and to Achille, the wandering chatty waiter whose typically Italian amiability was unamiably curbed by the overly-tanned bossy blondie, aka his manager, who could have used some of their pizzoccheri's warmth.

Food and service were excellent! Also the wine recommendation was on point. The evening was perfect! The waiters were super friendly, funny and helpful.
