Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Appleton

Absolutely delicious! My husband and I were so excited to see a new TSC location! What started at Target ended with a delicious dinner at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was clean. The best part was the scrumptious Chicken Pesto Panini. I highly recommend! It was hot, soft and packed full of flavor. We will absolutely be back. Not only do we love TSC but this location is much easier to access!

Just picked up a turkey bacon sandwich on the mobile app, drove about 2 miles and my food was ready! Super delicious! Fun staff! Again, super delicious!!

This was my third visit to this restaurant location. My first two orders were placed online. My initial experience was fantastic, and I couldn't stop praising it to my husband. I had ordered the Caesar salad, which I loved so much that my husband decided to try it for himself. He went to the restaurant to order two salads, but unfortunately, he didn't check the order and mine ended up being a wrap instead. I thought I would give them another chance, so I ordered the same salad again, with extra dressing and a smoothie. However, when I got home, the salad was nowhere near as good as the first time. It had less salad, no croutons, and the extra dressing I requested was missing. In fact, there was hardly any dressing at all. I guess I’ll have to try a different location to see if that's any better. I'm really disappointed.

I really enjoy the food and smoothies here! However, on several occasions when I’ve come in to place an order in person, I’ve found myself waiting at the register without any acknowledgment. There’s been no response like “Just a moment, sir” or “We’ll be right with you.” I believe the staff could use a bit more training in customer service.

This smoothie was, without a doubt, the best drink I've ever experienced in my life. It was crafted with exceptional love and attention. When I took a sip of this incredible beverage, I could tell they used fresh strawberries in it. I requested extra açaí, and they happily accommodated my request. The young staff members deserve recognition and a raise for their outstanding customer service. I would absolutely try this again—10/10!
