Starbucks - Appleton

Taking 30 minutes to do a drink when other 2 people are on the phone and also talk and don’t do the job. It’s ridiculous

The young lady was working all alone, and had the best customer service. My food was still super hot and fresh!

If I could give zero for service I would. Whoever is working right now is awful. Only want a cup and she refuses to open even though open time is 8:00. Horrible. Will never go back.

I just had to write this review because of the amazing customer service I had today. I didn't get her name but on 7/2 at 5:50pm my barista gave exceptional service, extremely sweet and helpful in every way possible. The pineapple drink just came out and I wasn't sure if I'd like it since I didn't like the kiwi one. She was kind enough to take some extra time to make me a little shot of it to try before I bought one- needless to say I didn't like it so i'm very pleased she let me try it first. I don't see many friendly people in the service industry now a days so I really appreciate you. I tried to tip you on the app but it wouldn't let me/couldn't find a way to): I hope you have a amazing day and I'll definitely be back to this location

Very friendly service. The Barista was efficient and went above and beyond to make sure my drink was correct.
