Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Dirty and nasty. No clean tables, dusty and dirty. The place isn’t old enough to look this bad.

Much different from other fast food places. When I go, I tend to get the patty melt with fries. I never had a patty melt so good and hot. Melts in your mouth and the seasoning they use is fantastic. Next is to try their custard selection.

This place has been open for several years now in Appleton WI and it seems like they still don't have things figured out. Cars parked all over the place waiting for food, orders are rarely correct, and workers even coming to your car to ask you what you are waiting for. It took us 35 mins to get 1 sundae and a malt. Will not be going back, if you want to have the same food and custard just go to Culver's and save yourself some time.

I was told by a shift lead not to move the empty ketchup bin to the pick-up counter. If it appeared to be broken I would need to pay for it. Well after looking inside at how dirty it was. ....Besides hienz gives you the dispenser for using the product. Location was dirty inside and out.

Horrible service, cashier was very annoyed to be taking my order.And it was slowOrdered a chilli cheese dog got a plain hot dog lol, i went back to have then correct the order and they put so much chili on i could hardly eat it.It says ‘chicago dogs” lit up on the side of the building but they dont have chicago dogs at all lol
