Applecross Inn

We had a wonderful drive to this charming pub/restaurant, despite the foggy weather. We weren't expecting such a cozy atmosphere, with ample seating and attentive staff. It was a delightful discovery, and the journey to get there made it even better.

They definitely need to do the scenic route from Plockton to Applecross. It's absolutely breathtaking. The road is quite narrow, but it's in good condition, making it perfect for motorcycles. Dining at the pub is top-notch with an extensive menu. This is a must-visit destination!

Just as we mentioned, it's excellent! The seafood was amazing, and the atmosphere was delightful. I would definitely recommend making a trip there!

Fantastic location on a beautiful sunny afternoon. great fish and chips from Inn-Side-Out and delicious tartaric acid sauce. very beautiful local beer, with the sun over skye, you might think you had died and have gone into the sky.

Dee-liciousness describes the fresh haddock dish with squat lobster (not to be missed) or, another night, I enjoyed the very best Thai chicken curry. But trust me, save room for at least a few bites of sticky toffee pudding. Terrific service. Crowd comes in from every spot on the planet, making you wonder how such a remote location attracts all these travelers. Discriminating sojourners are bound to merge at The Applecross Inn for top-notch dishes.
