To make matters worse, I found it quite shocking that they even charge a dollar for ice. When I inquired with our server whether it was an error, she confirmed it was standard practice and admitted she wasn't pleased about it either. It felt ridiculous to be charged for ice on several of our drinks, but I asked her to speak with her manager regarding the double drink pricing. The manager simply stated that was the cost for a double call drink. Interestingly, if we had ordered two separate drinks with a glass of ice on the side, we would have saved three dollars on one drink. The manager did not offer to adjust the bill, even though these pricing details were not disclosed before we ordered. I left feeling very disappointed with a restaurant that appears to sneak in additional charges. It seems unethical to me, and this will likely be my last visit to Wild Bill's. I can only imagine what other hidden charges they might have; we only uncovered these two. They need to do better.

I was in the area and caught up with a friend over some food, and I was completely satisfied. The food was delicious, and the managers and staff were fantastic. I will definitely be returning!

Wow, we walked in and saw a sign that said "seat yourself," despite a waitress just standing around chatting with another table about her personal problems. We found a spot to sit, but then the person she was talking to started yelling about car headlights, which made us really uncomfortable. We sat there for about 10 minutes without anyone checking in on us, so we decided to leave while the waitress’s friend was still ranting about his diabetes and his issues with the headlights. As we left, the bartender and the waitress who had never come by to check on us gave us disapproving looks, as if we were bothering them.

Happy Hour was great! We had an amazing time. Olivia was awesome! Thank you for the great bartending. Will come back again.
