A really beautiful jewel for Apple Valley. The beer selection is amazing, the prices are great. The whole cannon of the take away beers is fantastic to watch. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Off the grid is a great place to relax or finish Your weekend gets a refill. I love the fact that they fill other breeders. The pride they take in business really reflects. Thank you for making and maintaining your reputation as a foundation for this community.

Came with my brothers for an evening in a local brewery. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. We tried a camomile honey beer that was different and other beer we tried. Great vibes and a fun place to spend the evening trying local beers. Would recommend!

Great Happy Hour Prices was our first time. We ate the cousin Hummer Maine Food Truck. It was delicious and the caterpillar was great for the price. Customer service is great and the employee has taken time to explain the choices and sizes etc. We are new in the brewery experience and have really enjoyed it.

First visit. Large small place to relax and have a high quality beer. Friendly staff and limited hours make it a fun afternoon/early evening-changout, but not a robber drunk kind of space. Tested both the Alpha Stout and Apple storage, both amazing. Back for another visit... Compass Rosenlager and an Enigma cloud of confusion IPA... place is still amazing!

I had an incredible experience at this brewery during their 3rd anniversary celebration. The atmosphere was lively, filled with great company and a large crowd. It was my first visit, but I can confidently say it’s a place worth returning to. They had live music, catered food, and, of course, fantastic beers. I tried their sampler, which allowed me to taste 12 different brews—everything was delicious! Their Trailblazer is a standout, especially if you enjoy dark beers. For those who prefer lighter options, the guava beer is exceptional; it has a delightful lemon/guava flavor that I absolutely loved. To sum it up, this spot is a hidden gem—simple yet outstanding, and definitely deserving of multiple visits. If they continue to deliver this level of quality, I will certainly be back!
