Dunkin' - Apple Valley

I never leave reviews, but I think it’s worth saying I’ve come to this location three times in the last month, they seem to always be out of something. Twice it’s been vanilla ice cream for a shake. It’s like the most basic flavor how are you always out of it?

Sean is the best and has the best customer skills...he knows well how to treat customer....He deserve more than only five stars?? Thank you Sean.

I’m always impressed with the DRIVE THROUGH service here and I appreciate how quick they hand you your order! I love the iced mango and pineapple refresher and once I was given two donuts on the house along with the one I had ordered! The inside on the other hand is a different story… the place is clean enough but the service isn’t the best and it’s just kind of odd…

The nicest man ever (at 6:30pm on Feb 17th, 2024) gave my boyfriend and I free donuts after we got an iced coffee. I’ll come back to this Dunkin incredibly often for the rest of my life. What an amazing worker! The power of amazing customer service is never ending!

This place always has something about it. This time, they only filled my coffee up to about 2 inches from the top, they were out of something extremely early (it was 10 am. Why allow it to be mobile ordered if you are going to be out of it), and they gave us the wrong donut (I only ordered 2 donuts... how can you mess one up. And they were not busy). Plus the manager always looks like he is grumpy, every time we go. And the general atmosphere from the employees seems unhappy.
