The people are fantastic, the food is delicious, I absolutely adore this place!
We went to this restaurant for lunch and ordered Ox tongue with rice dish and one ramen with pork. The Ox tongue with rice you can definitely tell that the ox tongue is heated front frozen food, and such a little portion compare to the price. The Ramen with Pork is a joke, it is literally instant noodle from the supermarket. It is! I have bought this brand from the Woolworth before and they are identical noodles and taste. for $16 dollars!!Never go to this restaurant or I assure you I will be regretted. I went to this shop at noon today. My girlfriend likes beef tongue rice, so I went in. I didn’t read the reviews online before I went there. What kind of Japanese shop is it? It’s owned by a Chinese. Maybe it’s Longhua next to me. One family, because the employees wear Longhua overalls. Of course, Longhua is also a very bad restaurant. Ordered beef tongue rice and pork ramen. The beef tongue of the beef tongue rice is obviously thawed from the quick-frozen beef tongue, and a few radishes are placed on the rice, which is not as good as the big pot rice in our school. The pork ramen is even more funny, it is the instant noodles bought in the supermarket - Shin ramen. As soon as I smelled that smell, I got drunk, and a bowl of instant noodles for 16 yuan was brought to me. Can you fool people like this in Apollo bay? ?
Ordered a teriyaki chicken rice and it did not taste fresh at all. Felt that the dish was made with pre-made packet sauces. Would never pay $15 for that! Definitely not recommend this place at all.
Ordered pork curry udon, the curry was below average and tasted like any other curry paste you would get from the Asian Mart. Saw them pouring hot water into my curry udon right before they served it, probably to melt the paste. The vegetables tasted like they've been kept in the freezer for way too long. Saw few boxes of Korean instant noodles in the kitchen, they probably use that for the ramen. Would NOT recommend coming here unless you're willing to pay $16 for them to just heat up instant food.
