Apiti Tavern Eatery

We took a lovely drive and found ourselves in Apiti just as the kids were starting to get hungry. We stopped for some delicious fish and chips, along with wedges. We even played a game of pool with the kids, which was a first for them! It was a really friendly spot, with great service and tasty food. A wonderful way to wrap up our Saturday!

I picked up takeout last night, and the chips were some of the best I've had in a while—crispy without being greasy and packed with flavor. The pizzas were amazing, with a delicious homemade touch! The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was great. I also recently hosted a group event here, and the selection of food was fantastic and easy to organize. Thank you!

Apiti Tavern is definitely worth a visit! The steak was fantastic, and the chips were amazing. The staff was very friendly, and the locals were incredibly helpful. I had a wonderful experience there. It's a top-notch Kiwi pub!

Amazing hospitality. Staff recommended we park our bus in the tennis court out back that has been fitted out with power connections for motorhomes. (Though we had no need for power.It was a safe and relaxing place to stay for the night, with a bonus of only a few steps from back door to bed)Great place for a meal, talk with locals and enjoy the country pub atmosphere. Staff and locals even played pool with this old duck. Had plenty of laughs Even the wild life ensured you have a peaceful night sleep. We did make sure the gate was closed on leaving. Didn’t want the Moa’s And kiwi’s to escape. A must to see and enjoy !! Will be back.
