Qdoba Mexican Eats - Apex

I am a regular customer here but had a very bad experience with the manager (not carla.) she does not know how to use gift cards and she owes to the computer. Today is the second time that I had to wait (what other customers also had to wait) to let my gift cards use. the first time that the gift cards are not valid and the second time (today) also said the same. they ask me to contact the customer service instead of learning how to use the billing system. the manager can't even explain and she says she doesn't have time. that was a really terrible experience.

Foresight: do not trust this location with an online order. on the meat in 3 burritos. was taken to our office for lunch. portioning still smaller with meat seems to be a problem at this place. deceive people for bigger wins. no thanks, dear manager, we are not interested in their freebee gifts that they offer unsatisfied customers. Stop cheating on us!

I'm here a couple times. quality of ingredients is good, food tastes good. far better than chipotle my opinion after. food: 4/5

Eating was really good! I have the mini bowl and I liked it because I can put everything I want, what was great! food: 5/5

Open late now, until 10:00 pm! They have completely redone their menu during the pandemic, so if you haven't tried it for a while, it's worth checking them out again. Be ready for a lot of changes if you haven't been in a while. The taste is really good though! There is something for the whole family.
