Mcalister's Deli - Apex

The sandwiches were absolutely gourmet! The multigrain bread felt like a soft pillow. The turkey was incredibly fresh, and the balsamic sauce was delicious. My husband really enjoyed his spicy turkey sandwich. This is definitely our new favorite spot!

The chef salad was delicious and generously sized. The flavored iced teas were incredibly refreshing.

The potato was lukewarm, likely because my meal was delayed. Unfortunately, it lacked flavor! I've had better quality potatoes from other locations. The Caesar wrap was just terrible. And I have a strong aversion to pickles—their smell and taste completely ruin sandwiches for me. Unfortunately, there was a gigantic pickle on that wrap! I had specifically requested for the pickles to be removed. I find that very careless, especially considering the possibility of food allergies. Overall, I was really disappointed with this meal. At least the sugar cookie was good.

I had breakfast this morning, and I was really impressed! The food was excellent, and the service was fantastic. I've dined at McAlister in the Midwest before, and I'm thrilled they opened a location in Apex. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the food is delicious.
