Papa Joe's Oyster Grill - Apalachicola

We've dined here a few times, and we absolutely loved it! They had the best oysters around! I just found out that they have closed permanently... another business lost to Hurricane Michael! What a shame!

Unfortunately, they are no longer open for business.

I really wish they were still located by the water, but I'm glad to say that the food remains exceptional. They serve the best fried fish in the city!

Today's special was fantastic! We had fresh island mullet, and you could choose two sides to go with it. Come out and join us!

The atmosphere was lacking, there were no oysters available, and the scallops were quite small. However, our waitress was attentive and did her best to provide good service.
