Filiberto's Mexican Food

Sadly, not much positive to say about this experience today, a surprise because this region has many excellent choices available. But I passed by, turned around, new place to me so gave it a go. Ordered the carnitas platter with side of chips. Rice, beans, bit of salad mix, some guacamole and on top of it all very overcooked (indeed dried out) almost flavorless pulled pork. Atmosphere none. Service beautiful smiles, even when I went back and asked for the chips they forgot to put in the bag. Wish them well but I won't go back.

Great place for quick tacos, burritos and such. I've been to multiple across the valley and both service and food are always consistent and wonderful! Staff is always cheerful and awesome.

This one is a lot better than the one off of Idaho and Apache Trail. This location is the best on the east side.

This is the original OG spot in East Mesa Apache Junction, the other Filibertos on Idaho and the trail is absolutely disgusting on all levels as far as food. I can't even believe they're still open.

This location is terrible. I had a coupon which they literally threw onto my driveway for a BOGO burrito(which I didn't mind in the slightest). Went through the drive through for 2 burritos and had to return to this location 2 times before I ended up just giving up because they can't seem to get it correct. I was given 2 different burritos everytime I came back. I'm understanding to things happening and mistakes do come up, but the staff doesn't care for the inconvenience they put on the customer. This is the exact reason I started to go to the knock off places like Ericbertos and Moreno's down the road. Staff cares, food is similar, and I never have any issues with them like I have with Filibertos. Choose who you support wisely. But I'd stay away from this one.
