Menya Kinsei - Aomori

I asked someone to know that. Very delicious! There are many Tonkotsu soy sauce shops in the city, but it has a mellow and rich taste and I did not feel smell. The pork bone soy sauce is the best choice. It is a sweet soup, I want to drink.

This place is absolutely amazing. It's a traditional mom-and-pop ramen shop. However, this is a veritable hidden gem in Aomori for people who love ramen and noodles. If you're in the mood for ramen and you're in Aomori, you must absolutely visit this place. The owners are very accomodating even if you're a foreigner. Ramen here is among the best I've ever tasted in the whole of Japan. The spicy ramen is to die for. If you absolutely love spicy ramen, order the 5th level of spiciness. You will not regret it. The taste doesn't get old and you'll find yourself eating more and more of the ramen. My only qualm is that the food is a tad on the salty side of the spectrum. But for the price, I don't think anyone will complain. Careful though as they close a bit early (8pm local time). But as soon as you're inside, you can take your time enjoying their amazing food.
