Cel mai prost serviciu pe care l-am experimentat. Locul nu era ocupat, dar chelnerul pare incapabil să facă două lucruri la un moment dat. Ar lua o comandă de pe o masă și ar dispărea pentru o perioadă mai lungă de timp. Reveniți să vedeți un client și să dispăreați din nou. We came back to eat at the RL site where we originally visited 40 years ago. We were immediately shown at a stand and met our server in just a few moments. The service was really good and the good served fast, hot and fresh. The disadvantage was that RL had just started loading $1.99, which they call a premium salad. It was nothing special except the salad that was a spring mix instead of head type. It's pretty nice that you don't look exactly how they don't put anything on their menu. When we brought it to the server, he explained and went to the Mgr who also explained. Strange enough, you can't get a regular salad yet. Not good. The Mgr has credited the cost of our salads, but this is a confused deal. And RL has really stolen their regular menu prices, so here is another way they desperately try to press their customers who are on subpar seafood quality (no one of their seafood is class A or better) along with the escalated menu prices, we will do the capt. D's thing because they have increased their quality without increasing prices to the degree RL has.
We are usually Red Lobster fans and take my mother there a few times a year. This visit, however, was the worst food that I experienced there. Shrimp tasted funny and the dough was not made in the shrimps or cookies. Service was fine, but generally only no pleasant experience when eating is bad.
This was by far the worst experience I have had at any Red Lobster. This used to be a nice restaurant, now it's so run down and the service has gotten so bad that they have the little tablets on tables now I assume for speed of service. Even still, from the moment I arrived it was chaos. First, the hostess had no idea what Open Table was. The manager came out and showed her. After 10 minutes I was seated. The server was clearly frustrated and over worked. I felt sorry for him. He suggested the easiest thing to order because that's what he said so I dont have to wait. Wow. So, for convenience, I went with his suggestion. He then brought bread, never a plate to put it on. When he brought salads I just used that because he already seemed on edge. He then brought me plastic to go cutlery because he said they didn't have any clean dishes yet, but in a little while he will bring me real silverware. That never happened. The food was good, but couldn't really enjoy it. Never got 1 refill. He dropped off our entree he never came back. Ever. Never asked did I need anything. No fork, napkins, ketchup, I did endless shrimp, not one refill of shrimp scampi. I just think for a $55 bill for me and a 10 year old, we should get a real fork for crab legs (good to dig with). Never even came to give us a check. I just paid with the tablet on the table and left. I dont even want to get into the cleanliness of the bathroom. I use Open Table all the time and typically do 5 stars for everyone. This is the 1st time I have ever rated anyone low.

Eating was G-O-D, but the service was even better. I just had to go. but the To-go specialist alani was really nice and showed respect to me. she was raised right. but I will tell my friends about this place.
