I feel like a star reviews are usually not guaranteed, but this is the next Burger King to my house and I regret it every time I go. It's funny how many times she's kidding me and my friends' orders. At least 90% of the time. And not complicated orders with toppings removed either, simple orders, where I have 2 items from the dollar menu. And after 6-9 months I tell myself to try again and give them another chance and it's still kind of messed up. It's like 8 years. Honestly, I don't blame anyone at this point except myself. Make yourself a favor and drive the additional 3-4 minutes to the next. I was with everyone and while they aren't perfect the chances that your food will be grounded are MUCH less.
My family was often in this store and never had a problem until today. I ordered a family bundle like I did many times before and asked for onion rings and was told that I did not replace Pommes. The lady asked about the coupon code and I gave it to her and she asked about him again and it disappeared from my husband's phone and she was rude about it. Then I asked no onions on one of the burgers and then realized that it had to be two of them, and the lady became rude about it. The only good thing about the whole thing was that the manager was great!
The Drive-Through team went beyond and beyond and ensured that I was satisfied with my order when I asked for Stacker sauce. They had no way to give it to me, but still manages to come with a creative solution and I have to say big job boys!
Latanya did a great job of making sure my order was correct. I would definitely be a returning customer.
