The worst customer service. Rude people. Ordered the Big Breakfast Hotcakes at the drive-thru. I received the order wrong. Half the order was missing. I went inside, and gal that was at the drive thru came out and argued with me that I did not order the Big Breakfast. I told her that I did because I always order this at many McDonalds and never received it wrong. She kept rudely arguing with me. The McDonald's staff should never talk to customers this way. Never will return here. These people in Anthony, Texas need customer service training.
