Bel Air - Antelope

The corporate office called and addressed our concerns. I'm very impressed with Amanda from corporate! Thank you Raley's for making us feel heard.

Zero customer service, went in for salmon, chicken and rice paper. No one would help us, we asked three people and all three were rude. Got the products to the register and the price was all the sudden a higher cost then advertised. We asked the lady at the register and she said we needed to open the app and clip a coupon. She wouldn't help us do this, we don't often use the app but we do have an account. All this was after it was rung up and we were not offered any help to fix the situation. We usually do not shop here and now we most certainly will not. I have never had such horrible customer service at this bel air before. We already emailed the corp office and so far nothing has been done. I recommend going to a different bel air or Raleys because this one doesn't offer any customer service.

Customer service at this location went from how is your day going? to that will be four hundred dollars and 2 cents Not sure if I like the less personal customer service or not??????

I'm so disgusted. My family got a number of different items from the bakery to celebrate my birthday. I took some fruit tarts home and as I was eating one, I noticed something under the strawberries. I lifted off all the fruit and saw these. I have no idea what these are but they look like maggots or some other type of worm. I really hope not because I had one fruit tart before this. I am so grossed out and will not be eating anything from the bakery again. Raley's, please check your fruit/baked goods before you put them out.

This store is dirty, loud with music only teenagers relate to, and many of the employees are lazy and rude. Lines are consistently long and the self checkout terminals require constant overrides from an employee who is usually too busy joking around with coworkers to help. It's a disaster. Save yourself a headache and drive to another store.
