Ted's And Grill - Annville

Absolutely the worst take out meal I've had in the last 15 months! Got the chicken parmigiana dinner. Chicken was fried so long it was hard and could hardly cut. Spaghetti has a musty taste. Marinara sauce was so thick it didn't even coat the spaghetti and lacked any flavor. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. The picture shows half of the meal. The rest is in the to go box and going in the garbage! My recommendations, cut the quantity of food and focus on the QUALITY! It's a shame I had to spend money for this garbage. I won't be back to Ted's Grille in Annville.

Oh boy. We had a terrible experience at this restaurant... The service was absolutely atrocious. The waitress probably came to our table 2-3 times in 90 minutes. Never got napkins, despite asking twice. Never got asked if we wanted any refills on our drinks... Never got dipping sauce that we asked for... Finally gave up, went up to the bar to pay, just so we could get out of there! The pizza was alright, but everything else wasn't even edible. The fries were mushy, the wrap lacked any flavor, and the nachos just didn't seem fresh. Just not good, from all angles.

Anybody who eats here is putting the health and the lives of their neighbors, friends, family and community at risk. And since basic decency and hygiene is part of what makes a restaurant worth visiting, I'm guessing the cooks at Ted's don't wash their hands after taking a dump because the health department requires it. So really: who would ever eat a chicken wing coated in some cook's a detritus. Disgusting, no?

Ordered take out this evening and staff was friendly and polite. Food was okay. There was a missing item from our order, and my meal was also missing some items as well. Contacted restaurant about missing items and they were very accommodating, and even delivered our missing entree without hesitation. They even gave us free dessert as an apology. Totally unexpected and looking forward to eating there again.

The service at this restaurant was disappointing, with a 25-minute wait for drinks and a 35-minute wait for food. We were never offered refills and some of our food was forgotten. Despite the friendly staff, I cannot recommend this place based on the service alone. The food was average and nothing spectacular. While it was tasty, it was not memorable, especially considering the restaurant's claim of being "award-winning." I would suggest giving this place a miss unless you are willing to constantly ask for water refills and check that your order is correct.
