Strawberry milkshake was good and thick, you need a bigger straw if you want to drink it!! I couldn't get the pieces of berries straw from Sonic. I had to work for every sip I have!!

Forever holds the plate for the best crushed ice. And the fact that I have the opportunity to buy bags of it at a time is great as I through a bag up to two bags I it every day

The card reader would not work so that an employee took my card and spent it in and 1-2 days later someone there over $70 on my card. My bank confirmed it was at the Anniston site. So in any way, use cash.

The intercom was faulty and the associate rudely concluded our order before we had requested all the items we wanted. Intercoms are part of your business model. Do better.

My desire to order from Sonic has heavily diminished lately. I placed an order with their app and the Sonic app said my card had been declined but my bank said the charge went through. There were sufficient funds on the card so there shouldn't have been a problem. I showed the manager the bank activity showing the 2 $15 transactions from Sonic after I'd argued for a good 5 minutes that although the order has never been received inside that it in fact had been paid for. They told me that they have absolutely nothing to do with the app. Have absolutely no control over it or any idea what was going wrong and why so I had to call the 1800number in the app and was told it would be up to 24 hours before the money would be back in my account from the failed order attempt. At this point 45 minutes had already passed while trying to handle the situation and it was nearly 80 degrees outside and my car overheats with the AC on so now I'm irritated, burning up with a newly developed headache as a result and still unable to order the freaking ice cream so I left and went to Dairy Queen and got my shake there. This has happened the past 2 times I've tried to order from Sonic and I'm not too impressed with them anymore
