Restaurant Del Arte Annecy

We dined here for dinner one evening enjoyed a nice meal and decided to return again for dinner later that week. Both visits we enjoyed a good meal, nice sized portion. Customer service was excellent on both occasions.

Food does not taste good. Starters are very little portions. Not recommendable. Student cooking would be much better. Toilet is a mess.

We ordered pizza and it was delicious. Service was very fast, staff were pleasant and professional; especially with my baby daughter.

The answer is in the title don't go there poor food poor service . We were looking for somewhere to eat in Annecy it was raining so we went into this so called restaurant. We were not satisfied with the food and to crown it...of my Grandson waited over minutes for his pizza they forgot to make it . Never again .p.s the toilets are dirty and the bar downstairs was cluttered with dirty dishes and cups and saucers.

The Christmas markets were crazy and our kids were hungry so we went. We never expect much from chains but have had decent luck with this one in the past. There is a reason this one was so slow on a Friday night. Slow service, food below average not worth it at all. We should have braved the crowds and just have eaten at a stand in the market. Even the kids couldn't eat their meals.
