California Pizza Kitchen - Annapolis

I highly recommend the California Pizza Club. The pizza is fresh and absolutely delicious, with just the right amount of sauce. The service was excellent, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. It was a fantastic experience, and I can't wait to go back for that same pizza. I usually go for the avocado egg rolls because they're so tasty. Definitely give it a try!

I had an amazing time at this restaurant! The servers were attentive and quick to respond. I enjoyed two small plates: the Mexican Street Corn and a Crispy Artichoke Salad, along with the Crispy Fish Tacos for my main dish, which came with chips and salsa. I ordered the Fresh Strawberry Mango Cooler, and it was perfectly refreshing and delicious. For dessert, I chose the Strawberry Shortcake to celebrate my birthday, and it looked just like the picture—truly impressive! Plus, they offer bread and oil to snack on while you wait for your food. My server, Katie, was fantastic and absolutely deserves a raise for her excellent service. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would give it 6 stars if I could!

I've heard about this place for years, and I'm so glad I finally tried it for myself. I had the shrimp scampi along with a cauliflower crust pizza, and it was fantastic!

In Westfield Mall (Annapolis). Easy access from Jennifer Road with plenty of parking. Stopped in after the bar across from them had unexpectantly closed. The restaurant was clean with plenty of tables, however, we sat at the bar. The bartender was ‘D’. Polite, friendly and attentive. They only had a few beers on tap but it must have been our lucky day because 2 of them were favorites (Troegs Perpetual and Dogfish 60 IPA). As a snack, we did get the Smashed Avocado Focaccia. Very nice and flavorful. There are two televisions in the bar area (one needed to be replaced, horrible screen). They did offer a military discount of 10%. Overall, nice experience.

Food quality and taste has gone down precipitously over the years. BBQ Chicken was paper-thin and lacking in flavor; Carne Asada was hopelessly greasy and unevenly distributed. See photo. It can be considered fast-food pizza. Disappointing considering the premium prices. I highly recommend Neo Pizza in the Towne Center. Mod Pizza is also good.
