Buffalo Wild Wings - Annapolis

This restaurant was so inept at their job. They took orders and never checked back for an hour and had to be asked repeatedly for things such as sauce or boxes. The drinks were empty on our table for a long time before we had to yell a request since waiter never returned. One person's entee came out before other 3 and the last entree took an extra 10 minutes leaving everyone at table eating different times and one person just waiting. The food was Luke warm and sub par. We would have been better off serving ourselves.

Alyssa is the best thing to happen to this location. We stopped coming 3 years ago because it was atrocious. The staff was horrible, the food should've been called something else because it didn't deserve that name, and the facility itself was down right dirty. We decided to give it a try. She was great. She was quick. She replaced the luke warm fries immediately. The kitchen staff made awesome wings this time. Overall we were very happy.

They should just close this location down. In fairness, haven?t been there in months at this point. That?s because in the past 4 years we have only had maybe 1 or 2 good experiences thanks the server specifically. Generally service is poor, menu item availability chronically unreliable, staff performance is lackluster, etc etc. Sitting on over 20k in points but would rather let them expire than give this location any more business.

My sister and I had gone to this location around lunchtime with a toddler and infant. It was a bit inconvenient that the dining floor was closed. We had to sit at a high top with small children. Anyone with kids would know how taunting that can be, especially with a newborn. It must have been a tough day for the server because she made us feel like she didn't want us there at all, and the place was empty.

Love the free birthday wings! I love their wings no matter what but free is always better! Super easy to order on the app,, and the staff were really nice.
