Shilla Bakery Cafe Annandale

We purchased a roll cake and cream bread. The cake did not have a sponge texture and the cream in the roll cake was very stiff. The cream in the cream bread was greasy. Both items were excessively sweet. It seems they don’t use real whipping cream. The cream was quite disappointing. We won’t be coming back.

The selection of cakes here is fantastic, and the designs are always adorable. The server assisted us in identifying which cakes contain pork gelatin and which do not, as we wanted to avoid pork. My personal favorite is the Panda cake!

The cake was delicious and I highly recommend it! Their mango mousse cake contains gelatin, which is important for customers to know. It would be helpful if they clearly indicated which items are halal for Muslims and which contain animal byproducts for vegans.

The quality of their bakery products is really good. Loved their mocha buttery cream cake. Though the cream portion was more than bread but taste was okay. Tried their bubble tea also. It was good but not better or best. They have lots of baked products as well.

A great bakery for all kinds of sweets. If you have a sweet tooth then this is the place for you. Their stuff is just delicious. They have all sorts of cakes, pies and bread. They even have a cafe and smoothies corner for you. A great place.
