I have specifically asked for fresh hot chicken that is not from the standard requirement. I've been informed that that was hot and fresh. when we got our order, I checked it and discovered that our huh was hardly warm. I said the person at the window that the hunch was hardly warm and he said it just came out of the frit. if that were the case, my huh should have evaporated. I told him he was wrong and asked him how long it takes for fresh chicken. he said 40 minutes and was very rude. there is no person on this planet who cook chickens for 40 minutes, especially no fast food chain. I immediately asked to talk to a manager. the manager came in the window and I asked her about fresh huh. They told me that huh my man and I got was fresh and hot. I told them that this was not possible because the Cajun friars were warmer in the box than the huh. at this point I was extremely confused about why they lied about the huh I received and also why it became a big thing that I demand fresh hot huh. I told the manager, I felt like I was lying and asked again how long it would take to get fresh bun and finally answer it with 20 minutes. why lie and why the attitude about fulfilling a customer very reasonable request especially when they are willing to wait for it. they gave me the answer to hurry. this whole situation was asininin. I never come to this place again!
Store was busy. Waited 20 mins for a routine order. They were focused on drive thru than im store customers. Did not explain delays, offer substitute or free side drink for the delay.
This review may come off horrible, but please know it's nothing against a person ethnicity. But, its a language barrier at this location. The cashier have a hard time speaking English. It took me 5 times to repeat my order and make sure it was documented correctly. I only wanted was a classic chicken sandwich and a 8 PCs chicken nuggets meal with red beans and rice. The cashier kept thinking I wanted a spicy chicken sandwich and a 8 PCs nuggets with mash potatoes. That took about 15 minutes to order. When my food came out, they forgot to give me my classic chicken sandwich.
Normally have a decent enough experience. But this last experience, I ordered Mac and Cheese as my side, which I order about 90% of the time I go to Popeyes. The cashier didn't repeat my order and just told me the price. When I got the order I was surprised to see on the receipt and in the order mashed potatoes. I mentioned it to the person who prepared the order and he conferred with the cashier real quick. When he got back to me, he gave me a rude like as if he thought I was lying and just said no mac and cheese without apologizing about the situation. When I pressed for more information he said they were out. However the they weren't marked out of stock on the board and the cashier tell me they were out and asking for another choice (instead just selecting mashed potatoes). This gives me the impression that the cashier messed up which would have been fine, but instead of apologizing for either the mistake or being out they just said they were out and gave me a look that said get out
Do not eat here. Find another Popeyes. I love Popeyes. But this place takes zero care in how they prepare their food. There was plastic pieces in my red beans and rice and paper inside of my apple pie. It made me vomit! FIND ANOTHER LOCATION
