Pass by this place many times as it is in my neighborhood. Finally, gave a try on Sunday afternoon and not disappointed. The inside decor is pretty spartan with some decorations on the wall and simple tables and chairs. But, the service was good and the food was delicious. Lots of ethnic people eating here and gave me a good feeling. I ordered cubed lamb which came with Injera, a fermented Ethiopian bread shaped like pancakes. The food was good and tasty. The restaurant has a small grocery and a pastry shop attached. Good place to spend time in the pasty shop.
This Ethiopian restaurant is excellent and one of the best in the area. I wish they offered delivery services. They also have a small marketplace inside the restaurant where you can purchase supplies for cooking at home.
We were greeted upon entering, received good service, and the food was fantastic. We enjoyed eating outside and found the atmosphere quite comfortable.
Not a fan. Especially when there are so many great Ethiopian options in the area. The tibs were burnt and we just threw them away. The doro wot also was overly oily. We tossed that too. The veggie combo was okay though. I came here previously when it was Dama and it used to be much better.
