Taco Bell - Anna

To be honest, this is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s independently owned rather than a corporate franchise, but it just doesn’t meet standards. They frequently mess up orders, and the food is often stale or old. The last time I visited, there was an employee at the window who was loudly complaining about a woman who called to voice her concerns about her incorrect order. He even complained about how many fries we ordered and wouldn’t stop talking. It was clear that his coworker was annoyed with him. I should have checked my food before leaving, but I just wanted to get away from that situation. Unfortunately, our entire order was wrong, and the fries were cold and hard.

I have $45 to eat for my family. ask them not for anything, and was given on every single part. I'll never be back in this.

They forgot my cheesy rolls, but on the bright side, my server was very friendly, and I could hear the smile in their voice when they took my order.

I have consistently had issues with my drive-thru orders; they always seem to get it wrong. Today was no different. One of the employees was preoccupied with her phone and barely assisted me, while the other had a rude attitude. I won’t be returning.

Definitely would rate this 0 stars along with the other Taco bell in Melissa which is the first one I went to and they got my order wrong. I go to this Taco Bell in Anna and they still got my order wrong. I only ordered 1 chalupa and 2 bean burritos, I wait 10 minutes for food, and the girl at the window is on her pink phone the whole time. Finally got my food and get home and I have my chalupa and 1 of my bean burritos, but then got a bean burrito with meat and a whole different burrito I didn't ask for. Absolutely ridiculous, and they want to get paid $15 an hour for stuff like this? Funny.
