I miss the cucumbers! I don’t understand why you took cucumbers from the Menu! It was always apart of my sandwich

Cold meats when asked for toasted. Stale vegetables, and attitude from employees

They never answer the phone, if they even mark the store available for orders online. Has happened twice already during normal business hours where I've had to contact corporate support to cancel my orders :

The service was excellent and the sub was quite large. The location is fantastic! However, I must admit that I'm not particularly impressed by the recent changes within the chain itself.
