Domino's Pizza - Ann Arbor

Good location, quick service, and makes a nice pizza. Would recommend to pick up from the store. Better warmer

So, my wife just picked up our pizza and I asked her to get me a side of jalapeños because I don’t like them cooked on the pizza. We the manager told her that they couldn’t sell or give her un-cooked sides. Touching them and giving them to her violates some policy. I have been in the food business for 40 plus years and that is probably the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard!!! Well that’s the last draw with this store. That manager should be ashamed of the way he takes care of his customers. We will no longer be ordering from them. Too bad because we spend plenty of money there.

Well this is just one of many posts I will put for domino's I am absolutely angry this was rediculious I did everything but drive down to the store to help get my pizza I called the driver to help I walked to end of road then to the main road to help even more due to I had a super hungry family of 5 waiting to get feed and I get told by the driver ehhhh oh well can't find your house and that sucks for me then I try calling store and had to wait forever and then as I'm on the phone with him the driver Ryan with the absolute rudest and most horrendous attitude tells me he is gunna black list me and how much he is enjoying my pizza for me and how good it is

The 2 minute guarantee is a bold faced lie. My local Domino 's missed the 2 minute mark. I waited another few minutes then tried again with the text notification of my arrival. Still nothing. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I go inside of my location, only to be told they hadn 't even started my order! Not only that, no one bothered to come out or call to notify me they were behind. They just let me sit outside and waited to start my order until I came in to complain. Stuff happens, great. But to not even bother to start my order or notify me in any way is plain and simply unacceptable. I never received the alleged free pizza for them missing the guarantee. Filling out the customer service form gave me a case number with no reply ever (since 2 months ago). Their customer service phone number just tells you to use the form or email address. The email address provided is invalid. They are liars and have ZERO customer service as opposed to **** customer service. Order from them at your own risk!

Such cold and non-caring response when they were 1/2 hr late and the order had not left yet!! Canceled the order and 10 people lost an hour of time.
