Chatime Ann Arbor

Everything here is delicious! I've tried all the QQ drinks, and the lychee and grapefruit flavors are my favorites. My girlfriend absolutely loves the chocolate hazelnut delight, and the matcha latte is fantastic too!

This is our favorite bubble tea shop in Ann Arbor! It's my daily go-to for energy, sometimes even twice a day! The staff is friendly, and the drinks are truly authentic.

For instance, I went this summer with two friends, and we were the only customers there. We waited so long that we had to ask multiple times about our order because we thought they had forgotten it. In response to the owner’s comment, I checked my texts and saw that I finally received my order at 10:43 PM, which means I waited almost 40 minutes. Customers shouldn’t have to guess if Snackpass orders are a priority. If that’s the case, there should be a notice on Snackpass advising customers to check on their orders when they arrive, but I didn’t do that because I could see they were behind.

Although the downtown area has become a bit saturated with bubble tea spots as of late, Chatime stands out for all the right reasons. The bubble tea here is good! Flavorful, rich and delicious! The menu offers both the traditional milk teas as well as the non dairy options. The ordering process is simple and straightforward you can order in person or online. The staff are friendly and can impart good feedback and suggestions if you're looking for some. My personal favorites are the signature milk tea and the taro milk tea I like to add pearls in each. Location is convenient, footsteps away from the University of Michigan's Central Campus. However, there isn't a lot of seating inside, so it's best if you order go. This is the best bubble tea in downtown Ann Arbor! I have tried all the other shops and this one is my favorite because of all the interesting flavors they offer, the fact that you can customize every aspect of your order, and the high quality of the ingredients.
