Ding Tea Ann Arbor

One of the worst customer experiences in memory. I ordered Thai Milk Tea and a coffee drink. Both drinks were extremely sweet to the degree of not drinkable.I complained to person who took my order and I was told it was my fault for not saying I wanted less sweet drinks. I said it was not reasonable for a new customer to have knowledge of the options.When I asked the person to remake the drinks I was told no repeatedly. I continued to insist the drinks be remade and one of the workers there started yelling at me and said I was annoying in front of the other customers.It 's ironic that the shop has esteem, service, professional, creativity as their tag line. What a joke!

Consistently great bubble tea, and the best I've had in the area so far. Highly recommended if you enjoy milk tea

This is my new favorite sit down spot for getting tea. Their yakult drinks are wonderful but I usually go for a hot matcha milk tea with no added sugar. The staff are nice and the atmosphere is fantastic. Highly recommended!
