I can't say enough good things about this place. Every single one of the bao are delicious, especially the Chashu and the Shorty. Plenty of outdoor seating and some indoor seating inside York. Absolute must stop if you're in the area. Vegetarian options: Multiple vegetarian options including mushroom and tofu bao. A friend and I stopped by the Bao Boys food truck at the Ann Arbor Art Fair. We were a little disappointed there were only 4 bao options to choose from but we understood that the full menu for a large event would not be possible. There was an option not listed on the Bao Boys website which felt like a bonus. There were only 2 people working but things moved relatively fast. The food was delicious and I will be going to the main location to try other menu items. Vegetarian options: I got the Bao Mi which is a vegetarian option. It was really good.
