Starbucks - Angus

When I finally reached the window, she came over and proceeded to argue with me, insisting I had placed the order just one minute prior according to the system. I don’t care what the system says; it’s incorrect! I visit Starbucks at least once a day at various locations in the area and the GTA, and I've NEVER encountered this kind of problem before, let alone such rudeness from a staff member. It was awful!

I love the staff even more than the delicious drinks they prepare! I'm thrilled to have them here in Angus. The amazing employees are truly the highlight of Starbucks!

This newly opened Starbucks location is fantastic! I really like the layout, and it’s clean and well-maintained. I would have given it 5 stars, but my experience was slightly marred by the wait time. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. It seemed like the staff were prioritizing the drive-thru orders.

An excellent location for picking up the Apple Crisp Macchiato. And I must thank the fantastic and helpful Barista Jenn at the Drive Thru.

Every single time I come to this location (three times) I order an Iced mocha latte and somehow it always comes out wrong. This time it was so watery I even asked the girl if there was milk in it, she said yes but it sure didn't taste like regular milk or look like it. First time the same thing except I think it may have been made with almond milk or something because it tasted like cardboard. I'm too shy to complain so I left with the watery concoction I was given. This is the last time, I'm too shy to even specify to the baristas to please use regular cows milk because I feel like I'd be telling them to do their job. Anyways, maybe a brush up on how to properly make drinks because this ain't it.
