Was there tonight for a quick bite. My husband ordered a double burger and when he saw that it was only a single he told the guy garnishing his burger and he replied with... Oh, well she rang in the wrong price so I can 't change it, .... How hard would it have been to charge me the difference and throw another patty on. It 's not our fault you didn 't ring in the order correctly.

I placed an order on the app and went to the drive thru waited 15 min there, amd that was 10 min after placing the order then i finally get to the window and they seemed surprised to see me there like they didnt know i had an order, so they started making it and then i had to go park and wait for another 7 minutes. If I hadn't already paid online I would've just left. so unless you have lots of extra time and dont mind the super slow service, don't go there, you could dine in at osmo's or any where else in that plaza for much less time. I'm so regretting going there. :

Staff was very friendly and efficient. Sukh is amazing. This is the best location!!

Both poutine were swimming in excessive gravy. The young lady was very unpleasant.

I placed a take out pre-order online. My order was finally ready 25 minutes after the pick up time. My hot dog was completely burnt and black and not even in the bun, I requested light mayo and light mustard but I got a ton of both. Such a disappointment after having to wait so long. I would post a picture of my sad hot dog but there is no option to add photos. I tried to call this restaurant directly several times to find out the status of my order and no one picked up. There is no point in having an online pre order system if you can't honor your pick-up times.
