Famous Bervie Chipper - Angus

After reading some negative reviews, I was hesitant to try this restaurant, but I decided to give it a chance. I ordered the fish, my partner had a burger, and my child had a double cheeseburger with chips. The fish was delicious and fresh, not too fishy in taste. The chips were good, not too greasy, and the burgers seemed tasty as well. The only downside was that the fish was not as crispy as I would have liked, and the brown sauce on it was a bit watery, causing some stains on my white pants. Despite these minor issues, I felt that the meal was worth the price and would consider coming back in the future. The service was quick and efficient.

Honestly this is the best Chipper I have ever ate in my entire life. I travel up from Arbroath to get it, its that good.

The fish and chips were large and delicious! We also tried some new dishes, like pizza crunch and macaroni pie. Everything tasted great and the staff was friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate us.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The fish batter was brown instead of golden, indicating a need to change the cooking oil. The chips were not any better.
