In savoring pasta you feel the love of those who work handicraftly and daily to give the best... and they manage great. What to recommend??? Just start slowly trying everything and then you'll be right. I prefer the simple pasta, but at the table you can never miss a elaborate delight: stuffed dumplings, crespelle of various tastes, bundles with potatoes and ham and ravioli with citrus.... and so much more.
