Snack Lima - Angra do Heroísmo

From outside, is not really cozy or welcoming, but as soon as they are better in the main room; the place is so easy, but eating is amazing! I ordered the grilled limpets and grilled otopus that came with a colorful side, glass (so full). by wein, a dona amelia (tipical desert from terceira) and the bill was less than 22€.

We visited this place at our various visits several times. this restaurant is unpretentious and friendly with good azoren eating. roberto (the owner) does his best to help them find the food and drink that will best pair, both are. but reasonable in price. there is also a new sitting area in the free one we enjoyed sitting with a glass of 1 euro wein. as Americans we could be put down in time to get our food, but this is how it works here. the same time means long sitting table, as they are not in a hurry to leave them. will continue to return to this jewellery during each visit.

This has been proposed to us. at our arrival we came in and saw a modest restaurant. we said good afternoon and asked if we could sit. the answer we got was a frown answer that shows us at the end of the room on a table. no worries, we checked the prices outside and they were good. they have a very cheap menu, but we went and still asked a la carte. the service was slow, and the waiter had no enthusiasm he was not unpleasant, we were only mixed. So we ordered and he asked what we would have for a drink. bad news, no foam water for my friend. now, then we moved forward and the food came. nothing special. it was missing a little taste. at the end my friend asked for a cheesecake, and the contrast was immense: it came with a chocolate to the plate and a strawberry in the half cut (plus the cheesecake). Why not just make that I asked myself if you want to eat cheap, go, but if you want a better lunch experience, there might be better options out there to consider them.

That was the restaurant where we had our last meal in terceira island, but we will not remember. the prices are reasonable, but in agreement with the other restaurants on the island, maybe a little cheaper, but they will pay for high quality food. it. looks like this restaurant people have no passion for preparing good food. the service was also slow. when we finished eating that we ordered, we didn't order to eat anymore and we went to another restaurant.

Really good food in generous portions and good prices. Great value for money. Friendly staff. Would love to visit again.
