Scoops - Angola

I'm from Toledo Ohio and my grandparents live on a lake nearby I've come here every single year since I was 1 I'm now 24 , some of the absolute best Ice cream I've had in Indiana although there are other places around I always come back to scoops because no one can beat it ! Always friendly service , always busy always has the most creamy ice cream ! Love the flavor variety aswell we've passed this place through many generations of my family so thank you !

Pretty good. Good portions and tasty ice cream but they don't take debit cards. I like the location and the owners are nice.

Amazing ice cream place with so many unique flavors to choose from. They easily had over 30 flavors. They also had frozen custard. I got a scoop of carrot cake ice cream and birthday cake ice cream in a waffle cone. The husband got chocolate peanut butter (paraphrased) in a dish. The ice cream and the waffle cone were very fresh and perfectly dipped. The price was between eight and nine dollars. A couple of interesting things happened while we were there, which shouldn't be held against the restaurant: 1) Sat down at a table outside and saw a pubic hair despite it being windy. We were both wondering how in the world it got there. We moved. 2) A guy came in the store with a gun. Ok, maybe it is your right to carry, but why would you bring a gun into an ice cream shop?

This was my first time at Scoops, and I have to say, it blows Zesto out of the water. This ice cream shop offers both hard scoops of ice cream and frozen custard soft serve, which they call "blasters"—their version of a Blizzard. The quality of the ice cream is outstanding, featuring some unique flavors. I appreciated that they allow sampling to help with choosing what to order. They also offer vegan ice cream made from coconut milk. The service was excellent, the ice cream even better, and the outdoor seating area is really nice. I'll definitely be returning regularly!
