Pizza Hut - Angier

We are new to pizza hut and have been pleasantly surprised by the store at Angier, NC. They called us to ask us if we wanted to choose a different sauce our wings since they were out of the sauce we originally ordered. It may not seem like something huge but I really appreciate it because I know the other pizza chain that we have used for years would have not done that. They would have just thrown another sauce on there without asking.

Just went in to pay for my order that costed 35$ before tax. I put it in for carry out online but I was met with an associate at the counter who said he could not accept my form of payment. I had 100$ bill that is a valid form of currency, they didn’t have any policy postage stating that any bills over a certain amount would not be accepted at this location. They refused my cash and canceled my order due to me telling them I couldn’t go break it that if I left to I wasn’t coming back in to waste more money on gas. Poor service, manager/Melanie (didn’t have a name tag, I had to ask for her name) got upset when I asked her why it wasn’t possible to pay with cash that’s accepted on the door. Also she did state that she normally does accept cash if she has change for it. In doing this singling me out by not getting the change for my form of payment seeing as she’s the manger that was able to do so, thus also refused service to me. All over me carrying cash.

I ordered 3 melts Buffalo ckn, pepperoni, and ckn bacon ranch. They were all horrible. I didn't find any bacon in 1. Just chunks of bacon fat and very lil ckn They were all very hard and dry. Very disappointed and I wasted my money on some slapped together garbage

I placed a carry out order and it took a little bit longer than expected, but all of the staff were very nice about it and continued to assure me that my order was on its way to perfection as fast as possible. They were super busy so I wasn’t mad about it taking a few extra minutes! Very impressed by their gratitude!

Not fit for a dog! Called to inform them of my dry, no sauce burnt pizza, manager chose to hang up on me!
