Place explored Saturday noon. I'll try to make it short... The restaurant is located by the water, to digest the excellent ingested meal, the banks of Angers offers exceptional landscapes! The front is at the taste of the day, the terrace and the facade are maintained, the frame is pleasant. After climbing several steps, you will find yourself in a small room, warm with the low ceiling in front of the bar. The kitchen is visible and the curious can watch and listen to the chef, create delicious dishes and embellish them with some voices. A musical talent certainly questionable but that reflects the joy of working in a respectable restaurant. Behind a large bay window from the width of the room, we are placed by a young helpful waitress, willingly responding to my disappointing humor. The boss presents the menu and insists on his desire to work with local and seasonal products. An elocution so convincing and detailed, with taste and love of the trade, to present the dishes, that it is a torture to deviate one to one the small succulent dishes. The rate is content, very affordable and convinces me to choose the entry/plat/dessert formula! The sun behind the bay is pleasant and makes me forget the involuntary musculades of the servers because of my chair in the middle of the driveway. The room is small and small prices require to tighten customers a little to satisfy accountants and to elongate bank credits. However, we have enough room to extend her legs and the idea of talking without spying the next table is present. I mean by that we don't make any effort to lower the volume of our conversation. The small dishes go together, excellent, the polished servers have time to exchange with the customers, it's worthwhile. The small wine perfectly accompanies the menu, we have been very well advised! The meal ends, we talk a long time with the boss, with humor and seriousness. The banks welcome, as planned, with joy our digestive divagation. In short, a welcome, an atmosphere, small dishes, a whole that combines with a delicious flavor. And that burn in my subconscious and my stomach a taste for the love of well done work!
