This little food truck brings a lot of BIG flavor. Food is phenomenal and the service is quick and friendly!!

Ohhhh beyond our expectations. Flavorful!! I of course always need salt but it was as good with out. We also got served quickly, clean and friendly! We made the right choice coming here! Definitely pass on in or in the drive thru!!!

Fresh made flour tortillas! Breakfast burritos are really good. The brisket with cheese and green sauce is a favorite. Also they have great Dr. pepper! Chips and salsa are good too. Convenient location on the main road

I've stopped by here for breakfast for years when home for the holidays. Here is the short and long: Pros: Good, authentic, West Texas tex-mex food. freshly made tortillas, chips and salsa. The pork asado is awesome, as is most of their meat plates/tacos. Cons: Loud environment with no acoustic treatments. The staff isn't always the friendliest, pretty much all business. I give them 4 stars because they fulfill a need of good tex-mex food at a good price, with most being freshly made...

Bad service must be a running joke in Andrews, because it can't be a coincidence that my friend and I were met with rude staff at nearly almost every place we visited this weekend. La Mexicana has a great morning atmosphere, but our waitress completely killed the experience. Although it was practically full, she emphasized that we should not have requested to be seated at a table because we were only ordering drinks and breakfast. She also prematurely brought out the check not once, but TWICE before we were even done ordering additional libations.
