Dunkin' - Andover

Rude blonde employee. Went in 5 minutes before closing and was told I couldnt order. Didnt even have the door locked.

Worst location EVER. We go every Sunday morning and they have never gotten our order right. We always have to ask for something they forgot. We have NEVER gotten an apology for the wrong orders or mistakes they made. I'd give a minus if I could.

So my daughter works here and after my wife and I both tested positive for Covid me with no symptoms and my wife with symptoms the manager (Cheyenne) tried to force my daughter to come in so we called to talk to her and she got a attitude with my wife. This is not the first time the manager has tried to force my daughter to come in she tried to make her come in on her day off after having stuff planed. So I would not let my kid work at this store. Exceptional customer service, when I asked for a surprise drink they always come out with the best. Kelsie also makes fantastic drinks.

This place is the worst Dunkin I have been to. They get my drink wrong 8/10 times. They are rude and they apparently can’t make their sandwiches right. I did order a grilled cheese and this is what I got. I don’t recommend this Dunkin to anyone.
