Bertucci's Brick Oven Pizzeria

Today was a terrible day for Bertuccis in Andover. Not sure if the other extremely disappointed patrons will also comment but I will. Brought my family in for a late lunch, no one else in the restaurant except a few coming in for pickups. Ordered two adult meals, a kids pizza and two kids chicken meals. See attached for pics of kids chicken meal. I didn't take a picture of the personal pizza but it was even worse. One guy who waited patiently for his very delayed takeout, informed the staff that his pizza wasn't even cooked! Anyrate, after waiting 1:15 for our meals, we switched them To-Go. They then took another 20 min. Food was terrible, took forever and no one seemed to care. The person I presume was the manager didn't even address any of the frustrations or complaints from multiple customers. I know it's difficult to find staff these days but this was something else.

I've loved Bertucci's for years since I'm from MA and yes, I know it's a chain but that never really bothered me. We came here one cold, rainy night on our last night in MA and it hit the spot. If only you knew how bad the pizza is in CA, then you would understand that pizza from Bertucci's in MA hits the spot for us. We got aracine di fontina to start, a few pizzas for the adults and two kids pizzas for our kids. We couldn't finish it and ended up taking it to our hotel with us. However, the bread with the olive oil was really comforting after a long travel day from Vermont. It also helped that service was good too.

Nice to have in town while it lasted we always had good takeout experiences and the dine in visits were fine. This location is now closed.

Horrible experience. Ordered takeout. It was ready quickly and now I know why. Fake chicken, little to no sauce, broccoli or capers on our 2 dinners. All I can say is you need someone who knows how to cook appetizing food. Simply terrible food

The service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible.... didn't bring us rolls unless we asked, never asked..... never got salad dressing with my salad until I asked and it took 15 minutes to get and it wasnt even busy never coming again
